Q2. How do I make payment?

A. Payment must be made on site. We accept cash, PayPay and various credit cards .

Q3. Is it possible to rent before 10am or after 5pm until the next day?

A. Yes, you can use it in the early morning, but there will be an extension fee.

The early morning fee before 10:00 is an additional 1,000 yen per person per hour. If you return the car after 17:00, it will be returned the next day.

The extension fee is an additional 50% of the rental kimono fee.

Q4. Do I really not need to bring anything when using the full set ?

A. A full set includes a kimono, obi, undergarment, dressing accessories, obi-jime, footwear, bag, and a haori (Japanese traditional coat) for winter.

All accessories, including haori cords , are provided and included in the price, so please come empty-handed.

However, in winter, I wear a long-sleeved Heattech shirt and leggings (also known as patch suteteko or spats).

Boots etc. are not included in the service, but if you bring them, they will help you protect yourself from the cold.

It would be even better if you could provide it.

It depends on the time you choose your kimono and the number of people visiting the store.

Q6. Can I have my hair styled?

A. It costs 500 yen, but it includes a simple hair style and unlimited use of hair accessories.

Homongi, furisode, and Shichi-Go-San kimonos are available for 1,000 yen.

This is just a simplified image, so it's like curling your hair with a curling iron.

Even if you bring a picture of your desired hairstyle, we cannot reproduce it.

Thank you for your understanding.

Q7. Can you help me with just dressing?

A:Yes, we can.

However, the price and time required varies depending on the type of kimono, and there are no staff members available to assist with this.

In that case, please make sure to inquire and make a reservation in advance.

Q8. Can I go sightseeing wearing a kimono?

A. No problem at all. Please enjoy your meals, sightseeing boat rides, and other sightseeing.
There are some stores nearby that offer discounts for customers who come wearing kimonos.

Q9. How can I change or cancel my reservation?

A: Please be sure to let us know by phone or email.
